"Meeting project manager Aaron from Home Masters until the job was done has been nothing but pleasant. Aaron sent a project proposal for painting the exterior of our house as well as fence and gate repair and replacement with a line item of exactly what they would do along with the cost which was significant but reasonable. We went over the contract together and he answered all my questions. This way there would be no communication problems later. The painters were amazing! Very polite,(didn't smoke or waste time), very careful to protect our landscaping. Did a thorough job and made sure I was pleased. Can't say enough good things about them and the work they did. Our house looks great. The crew that did the fence work were also amazing. Unfortunately the day they needed to work the weather was chilly and wet, but they kept on working until they finished. They made the design of the new fence portion look just like the original. It's a great job. We couldn't be more pleased."

"Black and White Construction (BAWCON) exceeded all expectations for $98,000.00 home renovation project which included the replacement of all windows along with interior and exterior repair and paint in the Southampton/Rice Village area. We carefully reviewed and considered three bid proposals before selecting BAWCON because of the large scope and difficulty of our renovation project. It was easy to select Greg Simmons, owner of BAWCON, despite having the highest project bid. Greg immediately impressed us with his attention to detail during a lengthy meeting with Pella Windows. He was the only contractor to completely take apart an existing window to measure and plan for both the removal and replacement.
