"Fernandez Landscaping did an unbelievable job at my home. Our back yard grass was completely dead from our inept prior lawn service provider. Ernesto told me it would take two days to do everything. This included replacing all sod in the back yard, replacing bushes that were not doing well and totally reconstructing the entryway from our front yard to our gate. They did it all in one day by bringing in a large crew. The crew members were all extremely hard workers. It was impressive to watch. My yards, front and back, now look awesome. We also hired Fernandez to do our regular lawn service. What a difference from our prior provider! Even my wife is happy which is no small task. If you’re looking for someone, hire Fernandez!"

Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
“To determine how much sod you need, first calculate your yard’s total area by sketching your layout and multiplying each section’s length by its width. Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet. Divide your total square footage by this pallet coverage figure and consult your sod provider for precise estimates to ensure you purchase the correct amount.”
