"J&J Paving Inc. did an excellent job & I am satisfied with the service received from Manuel & the rest of his crew. On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. The other contractors did not provide a good proposal and some of them took too long to provide a proposal. I already recommended J&J/Manny Paving to three of my neighbors."

"I hired MV Masonry to repair a block retaining wall. After speaking to Mike he advised me to build a new one. I received a few other quotes first but went with Mike because he truly seemed like the only honest person I spoke to and he didn’t cut any corners. I know the wall is going to hold up. Mike was incredibly responsive and is very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. "After seeing the hillside behind my house Barry, one of the owners of the business, put down on paper his vision for the site. After explaining to his crew what he wanted, Barry and his crew made up of Nick, Edgar and Tony went about transforming the hillside. Using a mix of perennial plants and installing a dry stream bed, we have an interesting and colorful landscape to view year round. We liked his work so much that we hired him to build a platform landing or step at the back door to our house. Constructed of slab rock and brick pavers. the platform landing blended so well with an adjoining paver patio, you would never know that the two areas were installed years apart. We like his work so much that we have invited him back in April 2015 to continue the transformation of our property. We would recommend Barry and Utopia without hesitation to friends, family and folks we have yet to meet. Costs of the projects $15,300."
