"We have two very old maple and oak framed couches that have significant sentimental value. We have had them upholstered twice before and debated whether or not to just sell them. These couches are "classical" style, but our house is "Western-ranch" so we just assumed they would never fit. We had David and his son come out and look at the two, and David immediately recognized their age, commented on the original Italian workmanship, and noted their good condition. He made several suggestions about color, texture, and price that he thought would enable us to make them fit the rustic style of the home. Plus, he did not try to push the highest price fabrics at all. He took a few weeks, and the price was a little above what we paid previously, but the workmanship was absolutely top notch. He not only reupholstered the two couches but also refurbished and refinished the hardwood framing; the wood work he did really makes the couches "pop." We love what he did, and we now know that the quality was more than worth the price. We are not exaggerating when we say that the couches actually look BETTER than new. Plus, his suggestion on the style and color theme turned out to be perfect for our home! If we need any furniture work done in the future, we will definitely go with Budget."

"On 1-30-15 the ducts were all cleaned,and on 2-10-15 UV lights were installed, all in the attic, at a TOTAL (reasonable, I thought)I price for both services of $2038.98:  $838.98 for ducts, 1299.00 for UV lights and installation.  In Feb. 2016 I discovered signs of a return of mold, called Fresh Air.  Chris Moreno, operations mgr., came out, went all through the attic, said it needed to be done again, wasn't done right at beginning, and would do not only what had been done before, but also the master bedroom and bath side of the house, which I didn't know needed cleaning and wasn't done last year.  I said I would pay for the master bedroom suite, but Mr. Moreno said absolutely not.  They returned on 3-11-16 and cleaned a lot more thoroughly, putting solutions to kill the mold on the ducts, a much better job than before.  I found the whole experience with Mr. Moreno refreshing:  He readily said that it was not done right to begin with, redid what had not been done to his satisfaction and additionally did the rest of the house, NO CHARGE.  And I might add that he was very cheerful about doing so.  He profoundly apologized.   <br> <br>9.  Overall experience was excellent. <br>10. "I was hesitant to use this company due to some negative reviews but after speaking to the owner Will he assured me I wouldn't be disappointed. He sent Brain to my house Saturday to clean my carpet. Brain was so professional and did an amazing job!! I am very very happy and will defiantly use Steam Master Cleaners again. And will ask for Brain again. For 3 bedrooms the price is around $89, I added some additional things so I paid around $140. Worth every dollar. Thanks again Will and Brain!!"
