"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I read other reviews for Townsley Contracting before calling Jim and I was not disappointed. He was both responsive and very helpful. We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon.
He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?"
I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two.
Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors.

"I needed a new roof to satisfy the Insurance company (my existing roof was 28 years old). Called Home Run Roofing at 5pm on Monday, scheduled the rep for the next morning. Thorough inspection of all roofing components, discussed price, color etc. They happened to have a cancellation on Friday (today). The work crew arrived and quickly dispatched the old roof, had the barriers in place, ridge vent installed shingles placed and total cleanup of the site by just after 2pm. Amazing! "Project Mgr. Chris Burton was excellent to work with. Very responsive. He told us that it would take about 8 weeks for the windows to come in. I called the office after 8 weeks and the windows were in. Odd that no one had called me to tell me this. But we were able to set up the installation date very quickly. All the work was done in one day by the foreman, Jan, and one helper. They were very neat in removing the old windows. No mess was left outside and the outside capping looks very nice. Windows were installed neatly and caulked on the inside. No carpentry or re-painting was required by me at all. The windows look like they have always been there. For the money they seem to be of good quality. Floors and carpets didn't appear to be tarped completely during the installation. The new windows were cleaned after installation. But I found it odd that they asked for my Windex rather than having their own. They vacuumed somewhat at the end of the day. But I had to wash footprints off my kitchen floor and do a lot of sweeping and vacuuming around entrance doors and under the windows after they left. That said, it seemed like a small price to pay for the price and quality of the new windows and installation. My wife and I are very happy with the way the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Thermal Quality Window and Door Co."
