"First off I'll preface by saying they are nice people who work and run the business and overall I think they do an amazing job. The only issue is the quoting process and the lack of punctuality in responses. I was quoted $3,500 for a job and then found an invoice a month later for $4,500. I understand things come up in the scope of a job but if I was consistently 23% off at my job I wouldn't be employed. I also got quoted $1,100 to trim up to 20' of tree line along my fence which I was able to accomplish within a half a days time with a pair of hand clippers. Would consider getting multiple quotes before a large job. No cost by line item on the receipts you just have to take their word for plant / tree costs."
