"Whole roof including decking was stripped and replaced in 8 hours or so with a light rain the whole day."

"M&M was great to work with! They were there on time (which isn’t prevalent anymore) and the roofing repairs they did was quick but done very good! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Great personal service!!"

"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. I would absolutely use them again!"

"Everything that Local Roofing Company did on roofing and gutters deserves an Excellent rating! I am so fortunate to have learned about this company and to have had them take care of my roof repairs and replace my gutters. I was so impressed with everything in the process from the start with discussing the work needed to the end with their completion of the work. Everyone was very professional and hard working, from the owner, Sam, to all his employees. I have a great comfort level and complete trust in their workmanship and have great appreciation for the work they did. I will call on Local Roofing Company again and I highly recommend them should anyone have similar needs. I can’t say enough about how happy I am to have learned about this company and I can confidently very highly recommend their services."

"The owner of this company, Jeremy (Jay), is very friendly and professional. First, he responded very quickly to our request for an estimate, and when we chose his company, they were able to begin within a week or so. He understood the issues that we had in replacing a deck that had prematurely begun deteriorating, and his crew was able to replace about 80% of it while salvaging the parts that were still in good shape. Jay was also happy to fine-tune the minor tweaks that needed to be made after the old deck was demolished and the new one installed. Our project turned out to have more issues than he could anticipate, but he stood by his original price quote. He is trustworthy and provides what he promises. His price was very reasonable, and we believe that we received our money's worth. He also works on roof and window replacements, and we would not hesitate to hire him if we had one of those projects."

"Steve was AMAZING from start to finish. The quality of materials used were top notch, and exactly what he said I would get! Ran into a few issues (unseen) with my roof along the way. Steve took pictures and showed me. Gave me options on how to fix it, then took care of it right away. The crew was very professional, you couldn't even tell they were there after they left. Highly recommend!"

"I have used Sparkman Roofing Remodeling and Restoration.  They completed the work in October or November.  We did the estimate so it was $1300 because this was on an insurance claim.  So this was our deductable and additional work that was done outside of the insurance claim.  He honored that completely.  That was great.  We had the entire roof replaced and they did some interior work where there was some water damage, so they primed and painted where that interior damage was.  Good was that the work they did was excellent.  It took a little longer than I anticipated but not too bad.  We did have a problem with the lead foreman on the job in that he would promise work and then wouldn't show up, but as soon as I contacted Mr. Sparkman things would be taken care of.  It turns out they had to let that foreman go because he was having personal problems and letting it affect his work.  So Mr. Sparkman was very good about explaining why they had some problems and making sure that things got done.  While there was some issues, Mr. Sparkman took care of them and they were very easy to talk with."

"This company replaced my roof last year.  Very professional and excellent job."

"Thank you Fuller Construction Company, LLC for the new roof!! Not only was Martin’s the lowest of several bids, not only did he do an amazing quality job, but my roof was installed in less than a week from the appraisal!! Thank you for the good experience."

"A bad storm came through and ripped up a lot of shingles and we had flood damage on the ceiling. Brett was polite and explained his entire process, took pictures on the roof and showed us exactly what was wrong, and even used a water damage detector, so he didn’t need to tear out the ceiling. He patched portion of the roof and blended it perfectly with the existing one. Saved us a lot of work and money- would 100% hire him/ the company again."
