"During the estimate, while I was narrowing down my decision, and during the install, Sergio listened to and addressed my concerns. He was very easy to work with. It was a fescue sod install around 3,000 square feet which required him to remove St. Augustine in the back and work around existing fescue in the front. Itâ s been a week and everything looks great except for two pieces of sod. Thinking it was the sod, not the install. If those pieces donâ t make it, Iâ m confident heâ ll make it right."

Top Notch also installed a substantial drainage mechanism for our yard, connecting a downspout to the rain sewer and also creating a large french drain. This also works beautifully, keeping our lawn dry whereas before it was chronically muddy. "Extremely professional and very thorough.They hand scraped to make sure the sod had the best change to take root.These guys worked non stop until the job was completed. Even watered it in then gave best way to care for and water the sod. Didn't make a mess and what they did they cleaned up. Was very happy would recommend that you give them a call."
