"Avista Flooring arrived promptly at the time they gave  me. My husband showed them the bedroom. They brought in equipment and got started after I took a look at the contract. I had scheduled via phone and Avista was the only flooring company which gave me a price quote over the phone. I did not get a written estimate before the appointment or have a person take a look at the floor before going with them. I left messages with two other A rated flooring companies close by from Angie's List. These companies did not call back nor left a message.
