"The entire process was great. We were given an estimate to replace all the windows in our home online in less than 24 hours. The Owner is the person I spoke with on every occasion and he answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We were not required to have him come out to our home for a demonstration, but I did ask him to just so we could see what we were getting and to talk about a few of our options. He gladly came to our home and was there less than an hour. The installers(EJ and Dan) were great, both days they were there on time and did a great job with the install. All of the work was 1:30 which included two new locks on the inside door. They were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours.
