Brent & company came in with the knowledge, equipment and skills that were required to complete the job professionally and efficiently. There was a couple of unforeseen issues but Brent was able to resolve them without batting an eye! He also absorbed the added costs on his own even though I offered to split the difference. He then came out promptly for a site survey- something most of the others did not deem necessary. "Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
