"Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."

"This was our third (and most extensive) tiling project hiring S & W Tile and we couldn't be more pleased! We added an addition to our home, completely gutting and reframing of the primary en-suite bathroom and adding an additional bathroom. Wes came on-site multiple times prior to the start of tiling for our project as I had lots of questions. These conversations were so helpful in the planning process to achieve the spectacular results! I first spoke with Wes prior to rough electrical and plumbing and when the framers were still on site. I knew I wanted under floor heating, a huge walk-in shower and multiple niches incorporated into my primary bathroom and knowing the specifications for those choices upfront meant that the site was ready for tile when Wes and his helper, Joe, arrived. I had an extensive and complicated tile design using a marble inlay floor detail and handmade Vermeere ceramic subway tiles in the primary bathroom and Wes correctly estimated that it would require three full weeks to waterproof, prep and tile both bathrooms. Wes was on-site (arriving promptly at 8am) every weekday until the job was finished. Wes is knowledgeable and experienced in his trade and meticulous in his execution. Wes is committed to achieving a finished product that is beautiful and durable for years and years, so you never have to worry that Wes will use a product or technique that looks good during installation but would lead to cracks or leaks down the road. While Wes is more than capable of completing a beautiful finished product without much input from his clients, I wanted to be very involved in tile layout decisions to achieve the tile design I had envisioned. Wes was great to work with always providing options, guidance and/or perspective during every phase of the project planning and execution. The results are stunning! I would absolutely hire Wes again and recommend him to anyone looking for a quality tile installer."
