"Absolutely terrible business people. We hired them to replace existing fence. Needed it to the ground, no gaps, as we have two small dogs. We have major gaps, as soon as they were done, my dog got out through gap. So they were of no help in fixing this issue, a lot of excuses as to why they did such a poor job. But honestly, as bad as that was, we found out they messed up the sprinkler system we have. Put post with cement into ground and totally messed it up. When we reached out to Ricardo to discuss this problem, as we have pictures, and told him the cost of the repair, again a lot of excuses and ridiculous responses. So no, I would not recommend at all. Actually gave him a few weeks to make this right, but haven't heard a word from him."

I signed the contract because of the quailty work they did for my neighbor as well as the price i was offered for the full replacement of my flat roof. They came on time, worked efficiently and carefully as well as provided me with updates and finding throughout the day. "Goias Home Improvements (GHI) was recommended to us by the person from which we bought our condo. The condo needed complete gutting, as very little was done to it over time. Gil Goias of GHI literally held my hand throughout the whole process - he clearly outlined what work would be (and wouldn't be) done. He recommended where to get flooring from (MSI, Edison NJ), lighting and plumbing fixtures (Ferguson,Middletown NJ). His recommendations were always right on the money. Every week I'd get status updates on progress, which sometimes included videos. Since it was a total remodel, I was told up front to expect the unexpected, which did occur, and the change orders were clearly explained and would not start until I approved them. Gil is an excellent project manager who minimized surprises. His team of miracle workers transformed the place - there isn't anything they can't do. Their work is absolutely superb. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"
