I watched all day and was impressed that no cut corners came into the job. They were very careful to do it right.The team of roofers were under a capable supervisor. They â flexedâ and put a little extra (material or labor) in, when something unexpected was discovered, or a slight customization to make the result better was called for. All the slate that came down was a huge mess of tiles, flakes and dust. They got that too. Iâ m going to use them again."

I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. "The quality workmanship is above standards. This project required a total removal including Cedar Shakes, replace with half inch plywood, weatherproofing trimming, shingles. After all completed American Quality Home was not satisfied. I have the old ceramic siding they replaced all the broken pieces and fitted aluminum trim on all the areas where the roof meets the ceramic siding. "They start this Monday installing an entire wall on the north west side of my 2 story home, also the north wall had asbestos shingles about ten of them had to be removed to put a new window in with cement replacements that match the asbestos. They were very quick coming to my home to look over damage from fire in October 2024, they were very professional and honest good guys I am very happy with all that they are doing to help put my home back together. I am 72 years old I use to do this kinda of work and I can tell who's ok or a dud these guys have it together on the ball I feel like I have a lot of weight off my shoulders .I'm not able to handle doing this kinda work anymore because of my age.
