"The owner tells you what you want to hear and so does his girlfriend/wife that takes all the calls, it went from being an $11,000 job to $35,000 and then would leave young guys unsupervised on the job that really did not know what they were doing, my house in some spots looks like a kid did the caulking down the seams, very sloppy, my yard was left a mess with nails, insulation particles, crumbled stucco pieces, cigarette butts, they also damaged the inside of my house from the outside by putting holes through the sheetrock, they did put new Sheetrock and did a sloppy spackle job, now I have to get someone to sand and paint, I called to complain to the owner and the girl that takes all the calls, I was told the owner would come to my home and never showed up. I could go on and on even after all of that but I am sure you get the message by now, awful company, I thought I would get a reliable and reputable company going through Angi, I was so wrong."

"My experience was wonderful. This is a family owned company, they do great work and are honest, which is not the case with many other contractors that provide estimates. We had a problem with the chimney. Eric came to the home to do an inspection and took a personal interest and provided a fair honest estimate. He didn't try to sell us something that wasn't needed. We arranged the appointment with his brother, in the office and the workmen that came were respectful and took pride in their work. I have no reservations in highly recommending this company. "This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team."

"Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. Replacement of the roof with Ideal and Mike on top everything looked like never happened. It was a pleasure to deal with them."

"I had Landstar put on a whole new roof. The workmanship was great. Have had rain and there are no leaks. I started out by requesting replacement of a few shingles on the roof and I got a quote for that. Unfortunately, the person who came to give me the original quote didn’t go on the roof to check. They came to do the work and said I needed a new roof. This makes sense since the old roof was 23 years old and they took pictures to show me how bad it was. Just make sure whoever comes to give you the quote goes on the roof to do an actual inspection. I also wound up having to replace a bunch of plywood that was delaminating. They took pictures before, during, and after the project was complete and I was informed each step of the way."
