"Timber and Stone did amazing work! People have been walking by and saying my stone patio and landscaping wall is the talk on the street!! I was actually recording my dog playing and someone drove by and yelled “I love your patio”. It wouldn’t surprise me if they are flooded with referrals since I live on the corner of the busy entrance to the neighborhood. Hire them because of the great people, reasonable price, communication and thorough work! Mike and Heather rock!!… or stone :)"

"Working with Scott and his Union III crew was a wonderful experience. Scott listened to our ideas and created an amazing design for our outdoor patio. The whole project from beginning to end didn’t take too long, they were daily very efficient and worked hard. Scott is very personable and easy to talk to. I asked him to make a few changes in the design and he did without hesitation. We spend a lot of time in our patio; we simply love it! whether it is to host parties with family and friends or just to enjoy the day reading a book with a glass of wine! Our patio feels very relaxing and serene. We highly recommend Scott for any outdoor projects."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Springfield, OH

Installing interlocking pavers takes between four and 10 days, depending on the project's size and complexity. The process involves careful excavation, precise leveling, and building a stable base before placing the pavers. Larger projects or challenging site conditions may require more time to ensure a durable and attractive result that stands the test of time.

It's not recommended to place pavers directly on dirt. For the best results, you'll need to lay a foundation of gravel or sand to create a leveled and compacted base. This ensures proper drainage below the pavers, preventing erosion and shifting over time. An uneven or unstable base can cause the pavers to move or settle improperly, affecting the appearance and longevity of your installation.

Installing interlocking pavers yourself involves rigorous preparation and careful execution. This DIY approach requires excavation, precise leveling, and building a proper base using gravel or sand to ensure stability. The project demands at least two to three full days of intensive manual work and the use of specialized tools. Alternatively, hire a paver installer for professional results.

Concrete stone and clay brick pavers are the top choices for homeowners. They offer robust performance and an attractive finish that elevates outdoor living areas. These materials are engineered for superior durability and design flexibility, ensuring long-term strength and style. Selecting the right paver type maximizes the overall appeal and functionality of your space while meeting all design and performance standards.
