He only came to provide an estimate and see what additional parts might be needed, but he luckily had everything with him and was able to do the pet door installation immediately; I already had the pet door. Also, the pet door is installed in an exterior wall of the house, not a door. So, he had to add wood at the top and bottom of the box, and had to trim some of one of the studs, which is luckily not major load bearing and seems to be there just to attach the exterior trim."

They replaced my floor and some of the dry rot in the sub floor. They removed some mold and plaster and re plastered it. texture and trim was also done very well. The workmanship and persistence the job was very difficult in the end. He Also did some removal and demolished a old plywood awning that was a hazard. Also, painted both sides of my home and some trim also. He also replaced and repaired a 20 feet of fencing damaged and replaced hauled all remnants off. cleaned all of areas worked. Will use for any future needs. Always a pleasure."
