The estimate was detailed, and the prices were fair. The work began that same week with demolition and new drywall being installed. The work was well done and detailed. The project manager and I had excellent communication, and he kept me informed about the work that was being done. I had a couple areas where I requested some additional work to be done, and they were accommodating to my request. Everything was finished on time and with high-caliber work. I feel like G&B really worked with me as well as for me in the completion of my project. I am very pleased with all aspects of their work and excellent followup to ensure satisfaction. "Having signed on with a different builder in early September, that builder came and tore out our old deck before getting the building permit. After contacting the City of Columbia permit office, we were told more information was needed from the builder. Four weeks later they still hadn't provided the necessary information. We ended up going with Tennth Floor Contracting and they were Awesome!!! After we paid the deposit, they submitted the permit application and even sent us a screenshot of it. 10 days later they had the permit and scheduled the project for 11/10/2025. They were finished by Thursday late afternoon, 4 days later. Edward and his staff were so thoughtful and did great work."
