"Workers showed up when supposed to and were very professional. Tore off old roof, replaced compromised decking and facia, and replaced with new roofing. This is the second job I have used TCS for, the other being gutter replacement. The two jobs done by TCS are the best experiences I have ever had with having home repair work done. I don't think I am unreasonably hard to please, but I do expect companies to show up when they say, answer or return phone calls or text in a timely manner (which is great with TCS!), clean up after themselves and do a quality job and stand behind their work. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
