"Highly recommend. I recently hired The Duct Doctor to come out & clean the air ducts in my home, and I couldn't be more happy with the experience. Great customer service, prompt, and informative. David, the technician/owner arrived right on time, was respectful of my home and made it a point to keep everything clean while he worked. He pointed out a couple things I wouldn't have known about otherwise (like a disconnected vent in the basement ). He said i would notice a difference in air quality after the cleaning and he was right! There's less dust around the house and the airflow seems stronger from my vents. "Upon calling to set up the appointment I was asked what level the dryer is on so they would have a laser long enough to clean the outside. I was given the price of $89 with 10 feet included and $8 per additional foot. Mozes was our tech, nice but hard for me to understand well. He told my husband he needed to clean on the roof because that was what can cause water to come into our dryer, and we know there is no vent to the roof only to the outside (side of the house) we said no, just the dryer vent cleaning. That fee was going to be $450, and seeing as we don?t have anything on the roof for the dryer, we refused. Well, then he didn?t clean the outside vent. So $225 just to put the fiber brush in, which will certainly push the lint all the way to the end of the line. He didn?t clean the vent on the outside of the house as every other company has. After close to 2 hrs on phone, no help at all. Paid $225 for nothing. They say it?s standard. Did not call back both days they said."

When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
