""DO NOT HIRE. My 3-year nightmare with Earth Right Mid-Atlantic: DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL HAZARD: They installed the wrong generator interlock kit. It allows both Main and Generator breakers to be ON at once. This risks back-feeding the grid or blowing up my generator. PROPERTY DAMAGE: They damaged my siding for fan instillation (un-repaired) cut open my garage drywall for wires (un-repaired). Installed a non insulated access panel to my crawl space causing massive air leaks. Then they attached a high-voltage plug to my siding with just caulk (no flashing). ROOF FAILURE: The metal roof failed in <3 years. All pipe boots cracked, destroying my master bathroom. UNINSURED SUBS: Their subcontractor?s insurance EXPIRED days before the leak. I had to use MY home-owner's insurance to fix the damage. UNETHICAL: Their rep asked me to FALSIFY the leak date to get around the expired insurance. I refused. I filed formal complaints with the VA DPOR & BBB.""

"We woke up one more recently and the temperature in the house was intolerably cold. I had the thermostat set on 75, which was much higher than we even usually have it, but even when I would switch the fan from Auto to Blow, the system seemed to cut on for a couple minutes and then just die, and it was blowing cold air. I was so worried because I was afraid to call an unknown company, and the people I'd worked with in the past weren't answering because it was so early in the morning. I called AQP and they answered right away (it was before 7AM) and said they could be here in an hour. When the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and said he would have the part replaced and the system running within a couple hours, which he did. By afternoon, our house was warm again, and the cost was extremely affordable. I will definitely hire them again!"

The first plumber I called was courteous and helpful but the outcome was "you need a bunch of parts, and you need to figure that out and order them". I ended up lost on Kohler's web site trying to find the right replacement parts for a couple of faucets. I gave up and decided to call another plumber. I contacted Mr. Rooter and they came out the next day. When Kevin arrived he started taking things apart and determine he had most of the replacement pieces I needed already on his truck! Instead of just a visit to quote repairs, Keven actually was able to complete most of the items I needed done on the initial visit. He was courteous, helpful, and explained what he was doing at every step. I'm definitely adding them to my list for callback if I ever need more plumbing assistance."
