"We had Real Help Concrete complete a few projects including installing a new concrete driveway and refinishing and recoloring our stamped concrete patio. Both jobs were done to perfection. Our experience from start to finish was very positive. Josh and his team are very professional and detail oriented. It was clear upon meeting them that they were extremely good at what they do both from a business standpoint as well as from their workmanship. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them!"

"If I could give no stars, I would. We received a quote for a raised patio and addl concrete pad along the garage. The quote was fair and we signed a contract for "raised patio and pad". Fast forward a year, we have the sales associate come out to quote us on extending the pad and - low-and-behold - the pad wasn't included in the original quote?! The pad referred to in the quote was apparently the step to the raised patio? The steps are quoted separately?! Forgive my misunderstanding, but I would have thought that the steps up to a raised patio would have been all one price. Raised patio without steps? Anyway, he quotes us on the original pad and it's $800 or bust with the explanation of - "I'm human and there's a lot of dogs and babies in the office". I recognize people make mistakes, but when you provide a quote, and you make a mistake, I am of the opinion you should own said mistake. I'm not saying he should do it for nothing, but I don't have $800 laying around to throw at someone who is too busy with dogs and babies to complete a quote. Not to mention, we did receive other quotes and chose them based on the job we proposed. And, as if that's not enough, the patio wasn't what we discussed. I was very clear that I wanted the patio at the same height as the existing deck and yet, he took it upon himself to add a step down from the house. No phone call, no discussion, just throws a step down where I said I didn't want one. Maybe there was a reason for it - but I should have been told that on the onset. I was told I would get my deposit back, and upon my request there was no attempt to reconcile or understand why I was asking for it back. I'm not saying they should beg for my business, but I cancelled a $6k job that I waited a year for and they have no investment in us? Are they getting that many requests for deposit returns that it's not worth their time to find out why? YIKES! Needless to say, their unprofessionalism is profound. I definitely dodged a bullet on this one."

"Ivy Lea replaced a leaky roof over my sunroom with ...a leaky roof. The roof is under warranty and i have been waiting for nearly 2 months for a water test. i have placed countless calls. clearly honoring a warranty is not their priority."

"I have a 53 year old home and the garage floor was in very bad shape.I got Rob from CCS and he did an awesome job repairing and resurfacing the old cracked and pitted concrete. He then coated with an epoxy coating and the floor turned out amazing. He is very professional and considerate and called me each day to let me know when he was coming out . The job overall took 3-4 days to complete but well worth the time . He is very meticulous and cleans up afterwards. He beat all the other companies when it came to the price.I recommend him highly."

"We have had a very poor experience with Solid Ground that began in April 2023 when they installed a new patio for us. The patio that was installed had a defect for some reason. While I don’t want to speculate, we were told from the employees of the company that there was an issue with the sealer months later, but we are unsure of what caused the defect. After the patio was poured, we reached out to see if there was in issue due to the funny look of the concrete, but the company told us everything was fine and the patio just needed time and all would look okay. We moved forward with building an outdoor kitchen on the patio after waiting the appropriate amount of time that Tony told us to. Here’s the issue-as of the last summer, the patio still looks terrible. We reached out in July of 2024 when Tony sent his guys to check out the patio to see what could be done, as we had spent over 10k additionally on the outdoor kitchen that is sitting on the patio. When the guys came out, they brought a solution to seal the patio, but told us that it would not fix the issue. They told us that we they would not recommend this solution, but they don’t know what’s going to fix this. After Tony dodged some more of our calls, he reassured us that he would have a solution and sent a third party company out, called the Seal King. While the Seal King was very nice and informative, he told us that the solution would cost 5k, would need to be done every 3-5 years (costing an additional 5k each time), and would not be a natural look that we wanted for a simple concrete patio. This all occurred around September 2024, and ever since, we have been awaiting a solution from Tony still as he continued to tell us that he needed to look into solutions-cutting around the kitchen and pouring a new patio or moving the kitchen to pour a new patio. At this point, we have still not heard from Tony as he wanted to talk to his lawyer about all of this… Realistically, we will need to spend over 10k to have this addressed and done correctly. We are in a much worse position than we were 2 years ago before Solid Ground poured a discolored patio and assured us it was okay to move forward with an expensive kitchen build. Not only were the defects in the patio disappointing-I don’t think we have seen Tony since the day the patio was poured, he leaves us waiting for months at a time, and does not seem as though he is actually trying to address these issues. Thank goodness that his employees were honest and transparent with telling us that the patio did not look normal and that Tony’s solution would not fix it. Pictures are of the discolored patio and kitchen. There are 3 noticeably different colors/variation-the blotchy look that covers most of the patio, the dark gray on the stairs (the whole patio was supposed to be the same color), and the spot where they ran out of concrete/cement during the pour and had to get bags to complete the patio. We didn't capture the test spots form the employees applying sealer that is by the kitchen."
