"In every way, wish I had known of this crew for the past 10 years as we remodeled our mountain retreat. Most considerate folk who helped in every way. Came back and hung the exterior window shutters after I had ordered the wrong size, and did not charge. Hired only for exterior painting of entire house, but while there asked them to check my roof shingles as we notices moss buidup in rain gutters. They went right to work prior to painting, resolved mold on many areas of roof and gutters at a super fair price in addition to paint agreement. Would hire again. Will ask them to come for trees, trimming and other landscaping."

"We contracted in late December for Roofing Inc. to install a new Interlocking Roof. Once we finalized the deal it took about 2 weeks to have the materials delivered and work to begin. On the first day of the project the front of the house was stripped of the old roof material and about 1/4 of the new roof installed. We were impressed that there was very little refuse in the yard and the amount of work that was accomplished on the first day. Of course everything can't go right with any project, in conversing with the crew chief I did not mention that we live about 14 miles from everywhere. Also the salesman did not inform him either. We were unable to be here for the first day and when we did speak with the crew chief, he said that they nearly ran out of gas and did not have lunch the first day. We felt really bad about that but that set back did not effect the professionalism or diligence of the crew. On the second day they completed the installation of the front roof, removed the old roof on the rear and prepared the bare unlayment to weather the rain due the next day. We weathered the storm with no leaks. Thursday brought the sun and our new roof. It looks great and the craftsmanship is excellent. i would recommend Roofing inc and the Interlock roof for anyone that is looking for a roof that will last a lifetime."

"On 3/10/2026 I got my roof and gutters replaced by Home Genius Exteriors. The service I got from them was fantastic. From the initial consult with Chandler M. and follow up with Derrick C. made the experience feel great. Ultimately it came down to Stephen O. and his two crews, one for roofing the other for the gutter install, made everything run very smoothly. When questions were raised by the crew Stephen quickly gave me a call. Stephen always kept me informed when he will be at my house and the status of the work being done. I rarely have seen the professionalism by other contractors and crew that I saw with Stephen and his crews. When I get more work done, I hope that Stephen is one in charge of the crews."

"It was excellent.! I Never experience anything like that before. They showed up and help me to put my home back together after being hit by a tornado. I Had shattered windows , Roof blown off. Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. "Mr. Hargrove was very responsive and professional.  We contacted 2 other companies and never really got any response from either of them.  Mr. Hargrove was on time for every meeting or contact, and never failed to return calls promptly.  We agreed to pay half up front, and when we accidentally mis-dated the check, he drove about 45 minutes to meet us halfway to get him a new one, which he then used to buy the materials.  During the second day of work on the roof, rain interrupted progress, and they covered up what was unfinished, to resume the following day, when they finished.  They did a pretty good job of cleanup, which was made much more difficult by the amount of leaves that had fallen around the house - it would have been very hard to find the small fragments of shingles and nails all those leaves.  I later was able to blow both the small scraps along with the leaves out of the plant beds and into the woods.  I did find a few nails, but again it was nearly impossible to find them until the leaves were blown away.  The work crew was polite and professional.  I felt the price was a little higher than expected, but we did use high-grade stain-resistant shingles, and overall I felt the value received was good.  The new roof has yet to experience rain, but it looks tight and solid and I do not anticipate any leaks.  The shingles look good and are noticeably higher quality than the ones we replaced.  Mr. Hargrove pointed out to me several places where they had applied extra sealant to ensure that vent joints and other potential sources of leaks were well-sealed and should not cause problems.
