"In The Rough Stonework & Landscaping built us a beautiful greenhouse foundation that has knee-high stone walls and a cement floor. The floor has slight slope with weep holes on the low end, perfect for keeping the floor dry. They also put in a patio that wraps around the greenhouse and made it with a mix of different bricks/stones. Our greenhouse/patio is now a perfect place for gardening and lounging. On another project they made us a flag-stone patio with a stone stairway through the garden allowing easy access to our yard. In The Rough Landscaping does quality work with an eye for detail and they do it at a great price, I would highly recommend Lester Avalos and his crew."

"It went great‼️ The steps were torn completely out … replaced with pressure-treated lumber. They were reinforced with two extra supports, 2x6 boards were used for handrails to improve functionality. All in all, we have sturdy and great looking back steps! ??"

"Respectful advice during planning stages. Expert choice of plants and spacing. Crew was respectful and worked efficiently; clean-up was complete. The finished product was balanced with extremely healthy plant stock that is maturing perfectly. Comparing them to another company that did similar work for us, the quality of Living Space's work was better and the cost was significantly less; there was none of the standing around, talking on cell phones, or smoking a cigarette we have previously observed with other companies. We had Scott return this fall to do additional work and have had the same experience. Of over 50 plantings, only one died; an alternative was planted at no cost. "After seeking a number of bids for our landscape project, we selected Paul because he was timely with his bid, his design showed that he listened to us when we described our goals, he was not reluctant to make adjustments to his plan after we had a chance to review it, his price was very competitive, and he seemed like a nice guy that we could work with and trust. He started the project exactly when he said he would and completed it within the timeframe that he said it would require. When we asked if he could delay transplanting a tree until it went dormant, he was totally fine with this even though I am sure it was much less convenient for him.
