They drew things they didn't need to draw, took weeks longer than expected, missed and changed deadline dates, wouldn't refund the "expedited" timeline fee, would sometimes not reply or respond. She was mindful of my budget and offered great advice on repurposing a few essential items I already had. The final product was so lovely I could use my office as a recording space for a work video!
