Get matched with top egress window installers in Stafford, VA

"I just had a egress window installed in my basement (work completed Sept 3rd 2019) and found this company to be professional, personal and the work was OUTSTANDING (more than i expected) I shopped my job before contracting with JS and also found their pricing to be very competitive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."

"Yes, my experience with this contract contractor has been excellent. All work completed cleanup, just exceptional. Thank you so much."

"They were able to advise that I did not have a basement water problem and instead diagnosed condensation for which they suggested a simple solution. They did not charge"

We were initially a bit surprised by the price quote, but we wanted to go with a high-quality window and window well.  Also, the quality of the work performed by Travis Graham and his crew member was outstanding. In cold, wet December weather they excavated 6 feet down to the foundation footer and cut through the foundation to install our vinyl egress window and MarFlex window well.  Travis Graham always came to our house with a smile and a good attitude.  Right after we signed the contract, Travis went to his normal vendor and discovered that they no longer kept the window well we wanted in stock.  He found out that the window well had to be ordered and  the price would be higher than what was originally quoted. Instead of raising our price, Travis honored the contract by absorbing the extra cost.  Graham Restoration also went the extra mile and not only filled in the hole they dug, but also grated and seeded the dirt.

As an aside, we found out that Graham Restoration hangs Christmas lights for a small fee.  We had them outline the front of our house with lights we had bought, and they also took them down for us.  I think we had one of the best looking houses on the block.

Honest contractors that perform quality work are hard to find.  I highly recommend using Graham Restoration for your next project.

"I have worked with a lot of contractors and Apex General Contracting has been the best contractors I've ever worked with. He was just phenomenal. He calls me just about every day to give me an  update on where they are. I don't have enough good things to say about them. He'll be back in my home for future projects."

"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement.
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.

"I just moved to the Northern Virginia Area and found a wonderful, well priced single family home, but with two very small bedrooms. I decided to go with Oak Grove Builders after a friend recommended them to come take a look at what could be done. They gave me an estimate with lots of great ideas to create the compromise between my budget and my design ideas. I had them build an addition with a master bedroom and master bathroom on to the back of the house. The master bedroom turned out perfect with the big beautiful windows to let in natural light in the morning I wanted. The bathroom has the marble floors and big bathtub I dreamed about. They were finished well within my expectations so I could have a great night sleep! They also remodeled my kitchen from horrid 70's pea green formica tops to cherry cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters. John recommended that we take out one of the walls between the dining room and kitchen and now the house feels more open and spacious. One other small job I had them do was to create an enclosure to my outdoor hot tub. I wanted tinted plastic windows (the kids are a little feisty while practicing soccer), but apparently no one in the NOVA area carried them. John drove out to Maryland, for no extra charge and got the items I wanted. Again, it turned out beautiful! I loved working with this company; they were professional, cost effective and most of all pleasant to have in my home. I would recommend this company to anyone with big ideas, but still on a budget."

"Merac LLC offered very reasonable price and very professional door installation."

"It was beautiful. They got it done in 2 days, they did some repairs in a piece of plywood and they installed some gutters in the house."
