"We had used this contractor in the past and had a good experience with the professionalism, work and quality of their work and called upon them again when we needed a repair to our roof. The boards under the shingles had deteriorated and were not up to code and were unsafe. The crew was professional, arrived as scheduled, replaced the boards to meet code, completed the job in a day, and cleaned up the debris leaving no evidence that they were there. Unfortunately, the supplier's truck delivering the material had backed into and damaged the gutter and splitting it, as well as, damage to the fascia. "Thanks to the skill and tireless work ethic of Travis, and his assistant Chris, our more than ten-year old deck and pergola have been restored into a new deck and pergola. 
First, Travis and Chris removed all the furniture and planters from the deck, then Travis pressure washed it.  When it was dry they sanded the entire deck surface and hand rails by hand to remove all the existing finish.  Three coats of stain/sealant were applied.  Even the edges of the deck boards were stained and sealed.  Looks new.
Travis pressure washed the pergola and did some minor repairs on the pergola's lattice.  The pergola was then stained and sealed.  It, too, looks new.
Just for the heck of it, Travis pressure washed some stepping stones and our sidewalk.  They look great.
