"I put in a request to replace my mailbox. I was quoted a price of $ 450. Prior to agreeing to pay for the job, I asked the business to give me a breakdown of what I would be paying for the work (I.e. replace the post, pick up materials, disposal of old mailbox, etc.) I did not receive a response after that. I make it a practice not to pay anyone until I see a breakdown of what I’m paying for. While I cannot accuse him of doing so, I did not want a situation in which someone would go out, pick out a mailbox for me, take off the old one, put the new one on the old post and leaving me to deal with the disposal of the old one for $450. Just didn’t work out for me with this contractor."

He gave me an estimate after I sent him a text with photos showing the number and location of windows to be cleaned. Scott arrived on time with crew members Bobby and Tom. Scott sent me a text on the planned day alerting me that they were on the way. The team was fully professional, friendly, meticulous, neat and efficient. The method of cleaning was clearly explained. They both cleaned the glass on the inside and outside. They worked continuously for 3.5 hours to the excellent completion of the project. The final price matched the estimate. I will be happy to use them again for a next cleaning in about a year. I will also likely use them next summer for cleaning of upstairs and downstairs carpeting.
