I had hired another contractor to install a sliding glass door - and after several postponements lasting a month - the prior contractor stopped returning my calls and e-mails. It was frustrating as the door was sitting in boxes in my garage and I was back to square one. I found Jeff through Home Advisor (first time I used this service) and he called me back within minutes of my contacting him. When I decided that I wanted him to come over to give an estimate - he showed up the same day to look at the job. He then had the written estimate and certificate of insurance to me within days. Terry, his assistant, also contacted me making sure I had received the contract. His crew installed the door shortly thereafter. In addition, they also replace the wood trim work and painted it. There was a small glitch with re-installing the alarm and he promptly fixed it. They cleaned up the work area and got rid of the old door and all the boxes from the new door. Although he had a crew of two men do the actual installation , Jeff showed up both days that they were here to get them started and to answer any of my questions. The door looks great - and it is so much better leading to the deck than sitting in my garage! So happy I found him and will use him again."
