However, when the owner came by to inspect the job, he pointed out a very slight color/shade difference from one side of the garage to the other. I could barely see the difference even with him pointing it out to me. Nevertheless, owner Eric Marks insisted on sending his crew back the next morning to redo the entire job. It came out perfect. Eric did not charge us a penny for that do over. My wife and I are impressed with our new floor, and especially the business ethics of Eric Marks."

"Day 1: trimming all trees and repairing leak in irrigation system. During repair, more leaks became evident and we authorized them to come back the next day and replace the whole irrigation system. Andres and crew were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. In one day, we had a new PCV irrigation system complete with new valves and timer that should never leak again. When they left everything was clean and tidy and looked like they had never been here. This is the first time I've ever hired a landscaper and do not have one single thing to complain about. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for all of my landscape trimming and maintenance."
