He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to come up with the correct deck configuration that we wanted. He is a true craftsman and exceptionally easy to work with. We couldn't be happened with the finished product and that he did everything he said he would do and was a complete pro before, during, and after. Thank you Brian!"

"Amazing people! We just finished Two bathrooms & Full Lanscaping basically Full House remodel with Jean and very happy with the result. Already recommended Geico Builders to our neighbors. Pros: 1. Reasonable pricing. We quoted about eight reputable contractors, and Geico B. cost estimation is one the more competitive ones. 2. Great PM and communication: Our PM Carlos and Jean is such a joyful, communicative, and accommodating professional. They made the whole process much easier. 3. Great foremen and workers: they showed up daily, worked hard, and generally kept the area as tidy as possible. Our foreman Delmar is very experienced and also a great person to work with. The work quality seems great too (tile work is amazing up to a small details). 4. Our Pavers & Retaining walls and all Lanscaping looks amazing I can’t wait to start to play our favorite game which was proposed to install by Jean thank you for the best idea ever. When I wanted the tops of my gates to reflect my garage window shape, Aaron matched them beautifully. They look spectacular Natural Vibrations has one team. Because there are not separate teams with associated quality control issues, everything is always beautiful. I suspect they could do anything connected to construction. And would report honestly if they couldn’t. Because of their commitment to quality, at times I have had to wait for them. They are totally and completely worth it and are not the only construction company I will use. "I just completed a job with Landscape Solutions in Los Gatos and wanted to share my experience with anyone who might be looking for a landscape company. Our project was a small yard with a combination of hard surface and the installation of artificial turf for our dogs. I was surprised how good it looks and the dogs seem to enjoy it as much as real grass. I interviewed a few companies and chose Landscape Solutions based on how easy they were to talk to and how transparent they were with their process including design and billing. The entire job went very smoothly. I changed a few things after we started, and they were upfront about how that would impact the time to completion and the cost. In both cases their estimates were accurate. Their pricing was competitive and given the quality of the finish product and the ease of working with them I found it to be very reasonable. The guys they had doing the work were very professional, polite, and easy to work with. They cleaned up after each days work and returned the next morning right on time. I appreciated that they were very respectful of my time and my home. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I have already recommended them to a friend who may need work done in the future. They are a 5 star contractor. I highly recommend them. They did an amazing job with the lighting and the drip system as well."

We had a big project - retaining walls, drainage, leveling, pavers, landscaping, lighting etc. I am very happy with how everything turned out. "I had to replace a 2ft tall x 50ft long wood retaining wall as it was failing and the fence above it was leaning precariously. It made sense to rebuild the retaining wall with concrete so this would be a once for all fix. David from TM Concrete showed up on short notice and produced a quote that was in line with other service providers from a price point of view. I chose TM Concrete due to the turnaround speed and flexibility in producing the quote, reviewing drawings which gave me confidence the crew would show up on time and work to finish the job efficiently. Despite some rain days, TM completed the work on schedule and cost and the finished wall+fence is exactly what I had expected. David and the small crew were very friendly and communicated well around when what would happen on the job site. Highly recommended for this scope of job."
