"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners.
