"OUTSTANDING! Thank you Adam Morgan for a great experience! After getting quotes from four companies I hired Mr. Morgan to install new windows for my home. He is courteous and professional, everything was done as it was supposed to be done, when it was supposed to be done. Which was while my family was on vacation... we came home to brand new beautiful ( maintenance free) windows! This hasn’t been my experience with all contractors, doing what they said they would when you’re not in town.... absolutely no worries with Mr. Morgan! The one time something was not done in time had to do with a custom piece of glass, for which Adam had the window rep out to my house to make sure it could be replaced. I received a call from the supplier apologizing for the delay... that should tell you enough about Adam Morgan and the people he does business with. That is why we feel very fortunate to find Complete Home Repair. Al and his sons are truly excellent. They worked on our house for 6 days on various things. They were always on time, polite, and thoughtful. We felt comfortable to leave them in the house, but we met every morning to discuss the work on previous day. They did a fabulous job. On the top of that, for whatever concern we had, they also went the extra mile to address it. 
I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. "The installation team(owner and one employee) knew one another and has installed the same windows over and over again so everything was installed perfectly. They placed drop clothes in the areas they worked on and cleaned up with a shop vac and nothing was damaged. Meadow Exteriors is a small company but in my opinion their aim is to be the best not the biggest company. I am very pleased with their results. I paid half down when I signed the contract ($7500) and it took about a month before my windows were ready. I highly recommend this company.
