"I hired Delia and her team to do a deep construction clean at 2 different phases of our remodel. They were excellent. They did a deep and thorough job but were also extremely efficient. They were polite and respectful. My house is spotless. I would hire them again and again!"

"They are excellent. Been cleaning our place for 6+years. They include my sliding doors (awesome bc I have 3). Several of our friends have housekeepers, but none as good as Emis & Eduardo. Also, none who haven’t fired many. I’ve never felt this need. They are always on time and thorough. Rarely they’ve asked to change my standing time, but it’s usually for a new client or someone high maintenance (hello Orange County) Love them. 6 years! Just hire them, you will be happy."

"After literally, suffering and going through several poorly trained, thieving, gum snapping house cleaners, I was so happy when I found Laura House Cleaning. Laura and her crew have been cleaning my home for years. I can’t say enough about how professional Laura and her girls cleans my home. They are very through, efficient, conscious and careful with my personal treasures. Laura’s girls come prepared to work and begin immediately. They are always pleasant and cheerful. They almost do deep cleaning each time they come. (I do not have them clean the inside of the refrigerator or garage.) They do an excellent job and it is noticeable to everyone when they leave. Laura also, will check on her girls periodically to see how well they are working, if she does not come herself to do the job. I would highly recommend Laura House Cleaning."

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Stanton, CA

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
