"He showed up on time and did a great job. Gave good suggestions on isolating fixtures as a look-ahead for future work. Cared about the neatness of all the sweated joints and the spacing/look of new piping. Very conscientious. Cleaned-up after himself. Happy."

"The whole removal and installation went very well. The whole job took 4 days to complete. Which I was told it would. We only have the one bathroom, and we were told we will always have a toilet. The whole staff was awesome!"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"I trusted them to work while I was gone. I was very satisfied. My neighbor has called them for furnace failure in very cold weather. They came immediately and he also was very satisfied in 2012. I would recommend them to anyone."

"They seemed to know what they were doing and they worked efficiently to fix the problem. They communicated well throughout the process as they had to cut a hole in the ceiling below the plumbing. They did as little damage as possible to the plaster/lathe ceiling."
