Then I was getting several calls and messages per day. demanded money before the job had been done because of their miscommunication as well overall made the process very stressful and made me too uncomfortable to reach out to them so hopefully I never need to have the gutters serviced but their lifetime warranty is only good for as long as these men can keep themselves in business "

That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. "The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."
