We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"When we took out the old falling apart deck at our house, we decided a patio was a better replacement. Carillo's suggested a nice paver design that would keep long term maintenance costs down over our initial more expensive thoughts and it looks better as well. "The Job: Work was satisfactorily completed except this vendor should be supervised. -Gate panels replaced were well done and shaped like previous, but were not sanded on top, leaving a 'rip cut' finish. -Fencing Repair completed, post replaced, sagging addressed, BUT dislodged two panels further down the fence...basically, dno ue diligence in checking their work and unintentional impacts. -Minor debris left behind, did not impress. NO SHOW for original estimate request... insisted they had provided an estimate already! They wrongly a**-u-med the address they went to coincidentally on same day was mine (different project)! Attention to customer care missing... Rule #1: NEVER argue with customer / client, specially when you the contractor are wrong! Would not process through Angi Pay, because they are afraid of fraud? Why are they here?"
