"Saved the Summer. We had a previous contractor fail to meet responsibilities in a timely manner and called on a number of companies to fix the problems. Edson and Clay were the most courteous, prompt, communicative team that we have ever communicated with with the many contractors in and out of our home in the past year. Clay arrived early for our bid/ estimate and he was very informative of both the process and possible remedies for our issues. We needed a team to complete artificial turf, replant arborvitae privacy trees and add a drip line off the existing plumbing, fix a retaining wall, add a drain pipe, remove unsafe landscape timber stairs and replace with paver steps, fix a fence door that was placed too high, and level a side yard. Not only did they complete the job in six working days, they communicated effectively along the way, presented various options for finishes of both the turf and the pavers, and also sourced replacement emerald green arborvitae that the previous landscaper incorrectly planted, which led to their death, and they planted them in a professional manner. They were respectful of our space and were informative every step of the way. Edson's team was very prompt everyday, courteous, and cleaned up the worksite every evening. Clay was always effective in communication, which seems to be the most challenging part of having contact with any contractor. I absolutely would not hesitate hiring them again and will refer them to all my friends in the area. Thanks again Edson, Clay, and rest of the GrassLand Synthetic Turf Company! You saved our summer!"

"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Norberto did a wonderful job transforming our landscape. He turned a large, underused area into a beautiful outdoor space with a patio, pergolas, and patio furniture. He also improved the surrounding area with new grass and a flower bed. Norberto made great use of the materials, using leftovers to improve areas that weren’t even included in the original contract. His prices were reasonable, and the quality of his work was excellent. I highly recommend him for landscaping projects."

"We looked for a long time for a serious company for the installation of a metal roof and we received several quotes. I can recommend you without hesitation, the company Near Me Roofing for the quality of this work and for the customer service offered by Ari and Elijah. This person is very helpful and always attentive to your needs. Thank you."

"Working with Puget Sound BNR was a positive experience. The team was friendly, organized, and focused on delivering quality work. I appreciated the effort they put into every stage of the project. Thank you for the excellent customer service and commitment to doing a great job."

"I hired them for landscape design. They were thorough and designed a great layout for my yard."

"Dani from Primescapes came over and looked over what I needed done and then sent me an estimate. I had a lot of pruning I needed done, including a thuja hedge that reached 20' at some points, and wanted it topped at the 15' level - no easy task. Other companies came over to bid, but were intimidated by the job. Then "Dani" came over from Primescapes... and i must admit I was skeptical she could pull this off. Boy was I wrong. Dani gave me a great estimate, much lower than others that I had received. The job was executed to perfection, all the clippings raked and hauled off, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!! Dani was absolutely awesome as was Gus (believe that was his name) !! Thank you so much!! Mel & Liz"

"Very knowledgeable and excellent at retaining walls and patios."

"We greatly appreciate the work that Pedro and his team at Family Landscape and Design performed.
