"I received about 5 estimates for a new metal roof at our primary residence - from the get-go, Victor (sales), was very courteous; knowledgeable and professional. After providing us with an estimate, he followed up with a visit with the owner of the company, Carlos - Carlos was totally a subject matter expert on roofing, especially on our requirement for a metal roof - he provided us the perfect recommendations on the type of metal roof we need and gutters. Based on their competitive price point, we signed a contract on that second visit. Both, my wife and I agree that our choice in Premier was based on our confidence in Carlos and Victor delivering - there was no pressure; just solid details on product; delivery; dates and installation. The installation was pretty seamless with a professional work crew removing the old roof; changing out plyboards and installing the new roof; then, we were hit with snow in Seattle, which caused a slight delay in installing the gutters and finishing touches on the roof. The roof is now complete - full metal; new contemporary skylights and new gutters - it looks amazing; I already had a few neighbors inquire on the roofer - I recommended Premier to them as well. In summary, we've had numerous experiences with contractors dropping the ball, but Premier has been on point - pretty much delivering as promised. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Based on our very positive experience with Premier, I sincerely hope they grow into a major, successful company since they have the right business model - deliver on what was promised!"

"I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."

It came the time where I had to go check my clogged gutters and realized I had barely even had a roof left over. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"North Creek Roofing did a good job scheduling the sales appointment and arriving on time. They did a thorough inspection which added to their credibility. They did not win the project because their price was double the next highest bid and triple the lowest bid and were unwilling to negotiate. Essentially a rip off."

Due to extensive water damage, new trim materials, flashing and Hardi Plank frames were installed & painted. A large 2x6 along the garage door was replaced, & the frame around the exit garage door was replaced & painted. Some cracks in the siding were also repaired & painted.
