"I could not recommend this company enough. First, they were extremely responsive when I called them. The owners son came out so he could give me an estimate and answer my questions. He noticed that we had a shingle coming loose and said he would repair it. I called a few days later when I got the estimate (more on that in a moment). I happened to mention the shingle and asked to hire them to at least repair that in the meantime, only to find out that he had already been to our house on a Saturday and fixed it! He also inspected the rest of the roof just to make sure there werenâ t any other repairs that needed to be made. Mind you, not only did he not charge us for this service, but this was before we had even agreed to hire them for the full installation. Their bid was unbelievably reasonable and affordable. They showed up at 8 in the morning with at least 7 workers and finished the entire roof in one day (for reference we have a 3500 square foot house with a fairly large roof). The roof is perfect. I could not be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, not only have three other houses in my neighborhood used them, but I have told everyone I can to use them for any roof/gutter needs."

"I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"Agron evaluated our roof and how it was a poor quality job from the original construction. He offered us options including a simple fix (which due to the original construction probably wouldn't last) or to replace that section of the roof with a proper installation. We opted for the proper installation and it looks great and we feel good for that area of the roof (other areas could still be a problem as he noted, but we will deal with those areas as needed). They were also great at cleaning everything up and making sure we were satisfied with the state of the yard (after some bushes had slight damage). Overall I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we need roof work."

"They first removed the old shingles in the morning...a very professional 3 man crew..The next morning a 5 man crew arrived to start the new roof...They had to replace some rotten wood and fascia boards....They were a great crew..very polite & very efficient...The roofing was GAF Sedona...beautiful...I highly recommend Roof4Less...In fact friends saw our new roof and they had Roof4Less install a new roof on their house...They are also very happy..."

"We are so glad that we chose Bluegrass Construction for our second story deck replacement. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. They are very good at communication and worked with our schedule. Some changes had to be made to the deck to correct mistakes of the original builder. Bluegrass staff explained what they saw needed to happen and the reason for it. They also uncovered issues affecting our siding that we are going to have them come back and address in the spring. We were so impressed with them even before they started our project that we contracted them to rebuild my mother’s cedar deck. It turned out beautiful and is much better constructed than the original. The front porch railings also added to the appearance of our home and made it easier for older family members to climb the rounded flagstone step. I with we had done this several years earlier."
