"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. Will definitely use Southern Signature Solutions in the future for other Home Projects!! Wonderful Customer Service! Thank You Mr. Greg Carter And Crew!! MY NEW ROOF LOOKS GREAT!!"

"After seeing a few commercials of Brighter Side Roofing, I asked my Daughter to contact them when my roof began to leak thru my laundry room ceiling a few weeks ago. Since I couldn't remember the name of the company, I waited for the commercial to appear again because I liked everything about it. Mr. Antonio Bridges, came out and went onto the roof to inspect the area I showed him from inside and returned to let us know there would be no charge due to the minor fix to the leak, Here we were prepared to replace the entire roof when only a few nails were needed. We offered to buy him and his assistant lunch, but they graciously refused , asking us to donate to a good cause, to pay it forward. We are very appreciative of these two honorable businessmen, and are grateful they didn't take advantage of our ignorance and trust. E. Thomas"

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"If you are looking for just getting the job done then look somewhere else, but if you want quality and skilled and very reasonable prices then you need to hire J&J roofing for your next roof repair..they work very fast and are very respectful... definitely will be looking foward to doing business with them again!!!"

"We paid for the gutter cleaning service and were so very pleased. Mr. Bearden was so punctual and did an excellent job. We would definitely hire Over the Top Roofing again!"

"Everything went well from start to finish. First, Dallas came to give us an estimate based on our needs. He was very thorough, measuring and taking pictures of the affected areas of the house and its corresponding support in the cellar. He also mapped out a chart for the crew so they would know exactly where to work and what needed to be done. The day the work began, Dallas was here to coordinate with the 3-man crew. There was constant communication between us, checking floors, etc., as they went along, and they replaced the dirt and vapor barrier when they were through. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!"

Are you in need of a new roof? How would you like it to be the last time you had to worry about replacing your roof plus save thousands in the process? If your answer is yes then maybe I can help. I use metal roofing materials with a 40 year manufacturers warranty, lifetime roofing screws, plus a full trim package not just the colored eve. I have a few different options for the installation process depending on your budget but regardless of your choice I do quality work and I don't cut corners or take short cuts. I take pride in my work and I can back it up with references. I can guarantee you that I can repair your roof for half the cost of the average roofing contractor but at the same time use top of the line craftsmanship and top of the line materials. Metal is the cheapest and best way to reroof a home in more ways than one. The key is having a experienced metal roofer bidding your roof and installing your roof. Truth be told about your average roofing contractor, you'll get two options the first one being he will come measure and bid your roof for twice the cost hire whoever to slap it on never touch a tool you will only see him to collect a check and there is no telling what you might get and once he's paid you'll never see him again if it was to leak. Your second option would be your small time hardworking roofing company that has most of it's experience with shingles but will assure you that they can do metal with no problems. But in reality they use their own method when installing metal which may not leak but it will not be installed correctly cutting the lifespan of the roof in half. Metal roofing is a skilled trades of it's own and requires a experienced craftsman with that you will be amazed how much more your able to get out of your roof and save thousands in the process. If I can help you just give me a call my name is Mark 912-601-4050

"They originally came out for the leak issue.  Don identified the issue and fixed everything.  His crew really worked hard rather than slacking off.  I have recommended Don to everybody in my church and people I meet."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
