"We used Turnkey and Kenny L. based on the recommendation of a co-worker who had 2 roofs replaced. It started off slow due to responsiveness of our private insurance adjuster not Turnkey. Kenny L. was always available, personable and very professional. It took a while to get our roof replacement scheduled due to the hurricane. Kenny worked to ensure ours was completed to meet a deadline we had. I did the call the owner, Ben, at one point; however, never received a return call. The roofers did damage panels on our screen enclosure; however, Turnkey replaced them at no cost to us. No issues with our roof or repairs so far. Overall, we are satisfied."

"AWESOME, Steve Hise came to my home to give me an estimate on my roof repair/replace. he gave me an estimate (which was BEST OF THREE THAT I GOT) then said but you shouldn't have to pay at all. then he explained the problem and said to call original roofers. And he went a step further and called the owners of the other company himself (as he knew them and said they were an honorable company). Dave and Christy called us back immediately on that Friday and made an appointment to come by the following Monday.
