"Excellent company! Before the project started, I received 2 quotes. Both quotes were equal. I was impressed with both companies, but I selected Jose based on my gut feeling. I couldn't be happier! The job lasted 1.5 days. The crew of 4 showed up on time both days. Promptness to me is very important, as well as safety. All face plates were removed, furniture was covered and protected. I have 15 ft. ceilings, so while 1 guy was cutting in around the crown molding, another guy was holding the ladder. Safety first! I was very impressed with the focus they placed on safety. They were here 1.5 days and only took 1 break, which was lunch on the first day! This crew was very friendly and worked the entire time. They were very meticulous and really took pride in their work. "Per Behr, the paint manufacturer's printed directions, and my phone conversation with Behr's technical assistance dept, I directed CertaPro Painters to back brush the paint on the bare, pressure treated, kiln-dried surface. My directions were ignored after several follow -up e-mails to revise their contract as presented to me. Before the contract was presented to me and before an estimate was presented, I personally instructed CertaPro to "back brush" the paint AFTER applying the paint with a spray OR roller. However, after the paint was first applied with a spray gun, CertaPro began to use a roller. I firmly objected and instructed them to "back brush" per Behr's instructions. The field rep for Behr was on the job and told the painter to roll it on against my objections. The paint job was completed with spray and roller, NOT according to Behr's recommended application. I understand that CertaPro saved time doing it their, but it was not to the standard that I expected nor paid for. Bottom line is I believe I received an inferior paint job."
