"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "I was planning on laying a concrete pad myself as a back patio and tearing down a 20 year old rotting deck. After lowes was unable to deliver the supplies I needed in time for me to get the job done before I went back to work I contacted Palmetto Ultimate Construction. Their price was reasonable, and they had the concrete poured 3 days after contacting them. The workers were friendly and even entertained my kids who were watching them out the back window by tying on of their action figures to the brook they used to add texture the the concrete. Their customer service was great and kept me updated from start to finish. Very impressed with this company. Iâ m if I need work done in the future I will be reaching out to them.
