The company was very responsive, so I assumed everything would be completed as agreed. However, I later received photos from another vendor showing that they had finished the work without reinstalling the pedestals under the toilet and sink, which were removed for the floor refinishing. I had placed a lot of trust in them, so I’m extremely disappointed and will certainly not be using their services again."
