One call, and Jay was here the same day to inspect my roof and explain exactly what needed to be done. He met with my adjuster and everything began to happen. I had several occasions to speak with other employees at True Quality Roofing, they were always very understand, helpful, kind and polite. The crew from True Quality Roofing were punctual, efficient and worked non-stop. They handled every detail with the insurance company and the install. I can't say enough about TQR and their people!!!"

"Amazing Company! Had a leak from the metal roof at the cabin. Or so we thought. Left a message last night about 9 pm. Had an answer back within in a few minutes that Todd would contact me in the morning. He called and was here around noon. Inspected the attic area and found that the AC tray was full of water. He checked the drain outside and we determined that it must be blocked. Very quick troubleshooting, amazing customer service skills! If I ever have a roof problem, this will be the company that I call! 5 stars is not enough to rate this company!"

"Barry Reece was very professional. He went over every detail with us and made sure we had no questions concerning the work. The crew was great, they took time to answer questions about what they were doing. They were here before 7am to get started. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up, they used a magnetic roller to puck up nails on the ground. We’re so pleased with how our roof looks. They replaced the vent covers with ones that match the roof and also used a matching metal trim around the silver flashings on the chimneys. We would definitely use them again and will also recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or any other exterior work."

"John Sierra at Alpha sales consultants is my roofing expert hero! I had four contractors come out from Angie to give me a quote on the soffit repair. Out of the four contractors John was the only one willing to get up on my roof and access the situation. Long story short, The insurance adjuster came out and met with John and myself and determined that my roof did fit the criteria for a complete new roof install. three days later, I have a brand new roof.
