I’m pretty sure that they are going to get their projects as close to perfect as humanly possible no matter what the intended use is. Plus they clean up everything. And I mean everything. The only way to know there was a concrete crew on my property is they that left behind an expertly finished slab. So I’ll say it again. If you want the best this is your guy."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
