"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations."

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"They showed up and worked hard on the job. They finished in the 2 days that they projected! Looks great and I love the job they did. I really enjoyed working with Yuri on the project."

"To Temo Rodriquez TJ Roofing LLC: Thank you for the very fast service you provided when I called regarding a leek I detected in mid January of this year. Your one day research and repair saved me bundles of money on stopping damage inside my home. Then you did it again for me in a different area of the roof in late February. As I am retired and on a fixed income, I hope to be able to replace my roof before next winter and I will assure you that TJ Roofing LLC will get the job. Please feel free to show this letter to all your clients, current and future, Sincerely, David Roberts Alonda Ln NE Olympia, WA 98516 360-791-0542"

"M&H gave us several discounts and unlike other estimators did not say We needed a new roof. They repaired our roof the very next day"

"Top Gear roofing did an excellent job. First thing that impressed me was how responsive they were. They provided a quick response, competitive bid, a workable timeline and most of all; professional and quality work. What I also appreciated was when they found a problem with my roof that even I wasn’t aware of like a broken tile or flashing that had pulled away that they took the initiative to fix it and do it right without coming back to me asking for more money. I watched their workers. Hard working, conscientious and trustworthy. We are pleased and would hire them again."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Scott came by and inspected my roof and refused to give me a quote, because I do not need a new roof. Very refreshing since most roofers came by and pushed me into a new roof. While Clear view does not do repair I kind of wish they did. Because Scott was so honest about the work I needed I wanted to use them, but if I ever do need a new roof Clear view is my first call."

"Agron and his team were very professional, and managed to work us into their busy schedule within a week of providing us with an estimate. They repaired some rotted beams that several other roofing companies would not touch, and saved us money in the long run by replacing our roof at the same time. Agron kept us informed at each step of the way, and answered all our questions. It is obvious that he takes pride in doing the job correctly (not just quickly). He has years of experience in the Northwest, and is well-informed about how the weather here can affect a roof. We are very happy with our new roof!"

"I had discussions with them regarding installing Solar Tube. They were courteous and provided a number of useful pointers to help me choose between installing a Skylight vs Solatube. The price quoted is reasonable and we are planning to have them install Solatubes for our house next month.
