"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

Cris talked with me every morning and explain what they would be installing each day. They arrived on time, set up and got to work. "Sometimes when someone is the only game in town, you have to go with them. The workers did do a really good job installing this sky wall window and door. But one window in the sky wall was broken on arrival. And one of the pains in the sliding glass door was scratched. It took several months and a couple of more trips by them and time off by me to get this all fixed. It appears that Pella and Ply Gem don't have the quality control that is needed to prevent problems like these. I would probably hire Emerald City Energy again to get the window or door that I really want. But be aware that you may have to deal with some issues with there products."
