I was initially hesitant to ask any pro company to do the project because it was really very small and possibly “beneath “many companies. But Michael was very reassuring and seemed happy to help. I think we’re all used to even the small jobs dragging as your contractor races back-and-forth between you and other folks. And it’s obvious that this company is busy, but they arrived and completed work when expected. The company team worked quickly and efficiently. So they seem to be very well organized. "Fine-- I should have looked at pictures of what they were going to plant before agreeing to the work-- we spent a lot of money and it wasn't the plant I meant. They also came on a day we weren't home, and had I been home, I would have caught that and saved us money. We've had to redo the area again six years later because it wasn't what we wanted or needed. They did also put in a French drain which mostly solved a drainage problem, but not completely."

"The overall delivery of the planting and hardscape was good. A couple plants were obviously dead when planted so I had to call them to come back out to replant - which they did. I would have preferred they just didn't make it my problem in the first place. They also put in lighting and one of the lights still doesn't work. I already had one manager come out to check the lights and since I was not home (on a day he decided to show up that was not what we agreed to) - he was unable to confirm it doesn't work. Still haven't heard back from him. The overall project wasn't handled very seamlessly and customer service was very choppy. They do address issues when I have reached out to them, but it is a bit of a hassle. The only reason I would rehire them is that they guarantee their plants and frankly I am too lazy to find another landscaper."
